Job summary

Sherpa Kids is seeking a caring team member to support before- and after-school programs in Ireland, on-site at local schools, delivering structured daily activities for primary school children.

You will supervise children, assist with homework, lead indoor and outdoor activities with energy, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment. Garda vetting and two written references are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiencyin English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks arerequiredbefore starting

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assistwith homework and educational tasks
• Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assistwith games, crafts, and group activities
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
