Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead to manage and guide a team delivering before/after school and holiday clubs at local schools. You will oversee daily activities, engage with children and families, and drive a safe, energetic programme that aligns with our care standards.

The role requires driving, energetic demeanor, and experience with school-aged children. Garda vetting and references are completed as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Own car required for programme lead.
• Maintain the day-to-day activities.
• Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)
