AIB is seeking qualified Financial Planning Specialists to advise affluent customers across pensions, investments, savings and protection in the Dublin region. You will build lasting client relationships, develop your portfolio through referrals, and collaborate with a nationwide team of planning professionals to deliver tailored financial outcomes.

The role supports a hybrid work model and requires travel across branches as needed, with opportunities for professional development and progression

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive financial planning advice.
• Experience advising affluent customers on pensions, investments, protection and savings.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with affluent personal and business customers and deliver tailored financial planning solutions.
• Provide expert advice across pensions, investments, protection and savings.
• Lead and motivate branch colleagues and stakeholders to generate referrals.
• Support regional and local Customer Financial Planning objectives to drive performance and outcomes.
• Operate to high standards of professionalism, governance, risk management and compliance.
