Enable Ireland in Dublin is seeking an Adult Services Support Worker to join the team in Crumlin/Rialto. The role is permanent part time (35 hours per week) with a salary scale of €35,070 to €42,440 pro rata and 30 days annual leave pro rata.
You will support adults with disabilities to participate in training, employment and community activities, work with a person-centred approach, and ensure dignity, respect and choice for those who use the service.

Contract Type: Permanent Part Time
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary Scale:
The current salary scale for this post is €35,070 to €42,440 pro rata per annum for fulltime posts of 39 hours per week. The hourly rate ranges from €17.29/h to €20.92 p/h
This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service.
