Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a vibrant Dublin nursing home. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure HIQA standards are met, and champion residents' rights and dignity.

Qualifications

• Active NMBI registration and a recognized managerial qualification (minimum Level 6).
• At least 3 years post-registration in older persons' care or nursing home settings, with a solid understanding of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
• Strong communication abilities, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. Familiarity with IT systems and knowledge of home support applications (NHSS/Fair Deal) is essential.
