Position Description
The team member in the Networks Training Centre administration function plays a crucial role in supporting the effective and efficient delivery of training for ESB Networks. By ensuring smooth reception operations and providing accurate administrative support, this role directly contributes to a positive training experience for all participants and supports the ongoing development of skilled professionals within ESB Networks. The ESB Networks Training Centre is a dynamic location that serves a diverse group, including both ESB staff and external parties, and is the central hub for ESB's apprenticeship programme.
This service-oriented role primarily involves managing reception duties at the NTC, welcoming visitors, and addressing queries. It also encompasses a variety of administrative tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the Networks Training Centre and successful course delivery. Administrative duties include scheduling training sessions, maintaining attendance records, coordinating with trainers, for both internal staff and external participants.
