ESB Networks is seeking a Networks Training Officer in Ireland to design, deliver and manage technical training for the Networks assets across voltage levels. The role focuses on safety, quality and operational standards and supports the apprentice programme across ESB Networks locations.
You will lead training delivery, carry out needs analysis, design training solutions and contribute to a Centre of Excellence, while maintaining strong safety culture and stakeholder engagement.
A Networks Training Officer provides a variety of training and development services to the Networks business including the design, Construction, Maintenance, Operations and Commissioning of Networks assets at all voltage levels and the apprentice programme in various ESB Networks locations.
Smart Working at ESB is designed to make ‘in-person’ time together as purposeful as possible while also enabling the effective use of digital tools and hybrid arrangements to preserve our commitment to flexibility.The successful candidate may work flexibly within the jurisdiction where they have been employed, with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration at least two days per week. All Smart Working arrangements are subject to regular review based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the business.
