Job summary

ESB Networks is seeking a detail‑oriented MyTime Administrator in Galway to support timesheet and out‑of‑pocket claim processes, ensuring timely alignment with payroll. You’ll manage data, assist users, and help keep processes compliant and well-documented.

The role emphasizes stakeholder interaction, accuracy, and flexible hybrid work with two days per week in‑person. A third‑level qualification or equivalent experience is required, along with strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting MyTime Solution users and key stakeholders by promptly responding to queries and helping with day-to-day requests.
  • Maintaining accurate MyTime data through regular data management, updates and checks.
  • Encouraging timely submission and processing of timesheets with users and stakeholders.
  • Processing out-of-pocket expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing errors and resolving system discrepancies promptly to support accurate payroll and reporting.
  • Maintaining evidence and records in line with agreed processes and record-keeping requirements.
  • Following data protection requirements when handling employee, timesheet and claims information.
  • Support post-room activities.
  • Completing weekly reporting tasks to help monitor activity, progress and outstanding items.
  • Supporting the maintenance of process documents, job aids and guidance materials so they remain accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting with system testing for upgrades, enhancements and change requests.

Position Description

The MyTime Team, within Digital & Process Support, play an important role in supporting ESB Networks’ timesheet and out-of-pocket claims processes, helping ensure accurate, timely alignment with payroll schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Location

This position will be based in ESB Networks Depot, Sean Mulvoy Road, Galway. Smart Working at ESB is designed to make ‘in-person’ time together as purposeful as possible while also enabling the effective use of digital tools and hybrid arrangements to preserve our commitment to flexibility. The successful candidate may work flexibly within the jurisdiction where they have been employed, with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration at least two days per week. All Smart Working arrangements are subject to regular review based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the business.
