KPMG Ireland is seeking an experienced Manager/Associate Director for Actuarial Advisory in Dublin. The role involves leading client engagements across Solvency II, IFRS 17, risk and ESG areas, delivering outsourced actuarial services and formal opinions.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, building strong client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth of the actuarial practice in Ireland.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the non-life (re)insurance market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Mansioni

• Liaise with a portfolio of clients and advise on actuarial issues including Solvency II, IFRS 17, Risk, ESG.
• Provide outsourced actuarial services and formal actuarial opinions.
• Conduct independent actuarial assessments such as reserve reviews and transfer pricing support.
• Support in mergers & acquisitions, profitability reviews and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across audit, tax, regulatory and advisory services.
• Support development of the actuarial practice and client relationships.
