Panda is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our finance team at our Dublin office. This hands-on role manages debt collection across an allocated customer ledger and requires you to handle a high volume of customer interactions with accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, strong communication, and the ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment, with a collaborative approach to support the wider finance team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Credit Controller role.
• Advanced Excel and formulas knowledge.
• Experience in a medium to large organisation desirable.
• IATI qualification, or equivalent, advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection across an allocated customer ledger.
• Proactively contact customers to resolve balances.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using internal systems.
• Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties.
