Job summary

ICON is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team in Ireland. You will manage invoicing, payments, and vendor inquiries, ensuring compliance with policies and accurate records to support clinical research operations.

You will work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, reconcile accounts payable, and process payments by checks, wire transfers, and electronic transfers, contributing to timely and accurate financial processes across ICON.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in accounts payable or similar financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries.
• Prepare and process payments (checks, electronic transfers, wires).
• Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and invoices.
