Armont has partnered with a well-established and growing organisation seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to take ownership of the AP function while leading a dedicated team and supporting ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Accounts Payable Supervisor, Team Lead or Manager role.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, controls, and best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
• Proficient in Excel and experience working with finance or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full Accounts Payable function from invoice processing through to payment.
• Oversee supplier management, reconciliations, approvals, and ledger maintenance.
• Drive continuous process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and systems enhancements.
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare management information and reporting relating to Accounts Payable activities.
• Manage, mentor and develop the Accounts Payable team.
