Job summary

Panda is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function, ensuring accurate, timely processing and strong financial controls.

You will coach and develop the AP team, drive process-improvement initiatives, and work with stakeholders across the business to standardise procedures and compliance.

The role requires at least four years in Accounts Payable, proven leadership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• At least four years' experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience supervising an Accounts Payable team.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance-management skills.
• Experience introducing new procedures or redesigning processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team with clear responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training and development to the team.
• Proactively manage team performance and address areas for improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable processes with accurate, timely transactions.
