Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Cork is seeking a Team Lead with a strong accounting background to lead and develop a team of Account Managers and manage a portfolio of clients. You will stay hands-on with accounting work while mentoring the team and coordinating client services, payroll, expenses, invoicing, and company accounts.

You will act as a key escalation point for complex queries, deliver regular performance feedback, and identify improvements to client experience and processes as the team grows,

Job description

Barden is delighted to partner with an established, Irish-owned professional services business in Cork as they look to hire a Team Lead. If you have a strong accounting background but a typical accountant role is not what you want next, this could be the move for you. This is a role with lots of contact with people, in a business that values work-life balance.

You will lead and develop a team of Account Managers and look after your own portfolio of clients, all while keeping oversight of the accounting work. You will also be supported by an Accounts Administration support team.
