CameraMatics LLC. is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the Finance team in day-to-day activities, including sales order processing, invoicing, credit control and reconciliations.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will help prepare accurate customer invoices, allocate payments and investigate queries with colleagues across the business. This is an entry‑level opportunity in a fast‑growing, global SaaS company.

As Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day activities of our Finance team, helping to keep our financial operations running smoothly.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their finance career, including recent graduates, to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment. Reporting to the Management Accountant, you\'ll work closely with the Finance team, supporting sales order processing, invoicing, credit control, and other key finance activities.
Support the creation and issuing of accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
Allocate payments in accordance with customer remittances.
Assist with credit checks and monitor customer credit limits.
Follow up on outstanding payments by phone and email.
Investigate and help resolve customer queries, working with internal teams where needed.
Partner with the Sales team to resolve customer account queries and provide support.
Support the team in achieving monthly cash targets.
Assist with account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Provide general administrative support to the Finance team and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
Some experience in a finance or administrative role is an advantage, but not essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Confidence in speaking with customers and resolving queries in a professional and friendly manner.
A willingness to learn, with an interest in developing knowledge of customer accounts and finance processes.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
A proactive approach, with the confidence to take initiative and solve problems.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system is beneficial but not required.
Salary: €30,000-€35,000 (depending on experience).
A hybrid working model, with 3 days onsite at our Waterford office and 2 days remote.
