Job summary

U Value Insulation is seeking a full-time Accounts Administrator to join our finance team in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 (moving to Dunshaughlin, Co Meath). The role involves credit control support, cash sales, aged debtors reporting and data accuracy across our distribution business.

You will work closely with the Credit Control Manager to ensure timely and accurate financial processes, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in accounts customer service.
• Be results driven with a proactive attitude.
• Able to handle a large volume of transactions and tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with customer service processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up new accounts for customers on Intact after approval.
• Monitor accounts receivable emails for all companies.
• Credit report checks.
• Post and allocation of payments.
• Cash sales management.
• Correspond with customers on information requests (invoices, statements, POD).
• Liaise with customer service on price/quantity queries.
• Make/answer calls from customers as required.
• Support other duties as required by the finance team.
