U Value Insulation is seeking a Senior Credit Controller for our Dublin operation. Working closely with the Credit Control Manager, you will manage credit control for our distribution business, perform credit report checks, post and allocate payments, generate aged debtors reports and support process improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in accounts receivable or customer service, excellent Excel skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to work under deadlines in a busy environment;

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years' experience in accounts receivable or customer service.
• Proactive, results-driven with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage a large volume of transactions and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and computer skills, particularly Excel.

Aufgaben

• Set up new customer accounts on Intact.
• Credit report checks and post & allocate payments.
• Manage cash sales and debtor remittance.
• Issue credit notes and end-of-month statements.
