Barden in Cork seeks a Team Lead to blend people leadership with hands-on client work. You will lead and develop a team of account managers while managing your own portfolio across accounts, payroll, invoicing, and expenses, ensuring timely, accurate responses.

The role requires Irish payroll experience and a proactive approach to process improvement. You will be the first point of escalation for complex queries and AML issues, supporting performance reviews and driving a high level of client

Qualificações

• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a team.
• Accounting experience, including financial statements and statutory filings.
• Solid Irish payroll experience.
• A background in client service or customer experience.
• Organised and accurate, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers.
• Manage your own portfolio of clients across accounts, payroll, invoicing, and expenses.
• Be the first point of escalation for complex client queries and AML issues.
• Support performance reviews with regular, constructive feedback.
• Improve client experience and team processes.
• Keep management updated on progress, risks, and resourcing.
