Job summary

Barden in Cork seeks a Team Lead to blend people leadership with hands-on client work. You will lead and develop a team of account managers while managing your own portfolio across accounts, payroll, invoicing, and expenses, ensuring timely, accurate responses.

The role requires Irish payroll experience and a proactive approach to process improvement. You will be the first point of escalation for complex queries and AML issues, supporting performance reviews and driving a high level of client

• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a team.
• Accounting experience, including financial statements and statutory filings.
• Solid Irish payroll experience.
• A background in client service or customer experience.
• Organised and accurate, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

This role blends people leadership with hands-on client work, in a smaller organisation where you will see the impact of what you do. You will lead and develop a team of account managers while looking after your own portfolio of clients, covering accounts, payroll, and day-to-day finance queries.

It suits an accounting professional with Irish payroll experience who is ready to lead a team, or who has started to already.
