Job summary

HireIQ is seeking a Financial Accountant in Dublin with hybrid working and a salary starting at €60,000+. This is an excellent entry point for a newly qualified accountant transitioning from practice into industry or expanding an existing finance role.

You will support month-end and year-end reporting, analyse performance, and help with budgeting and forecasting while working with a broader finance team to improve processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA accountant seeking first move into industry.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and core accounting principles.
• Experience in month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and deadline management.

Responsibilities
