Job summary

Force Recruitment and Outsourcing is seeking a Salon Account Manager to join a leading professional haircare distribution business. You will manage an established territory across Ireland and build strong salon relationships.

This field-based role requires a commercially minded salesperson who can identify new opportunities, promote products and brand initiatives, and support merchandising. Travel across Ireland (and the UK as needed) is expected as you work with sales, education and customer

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management, Territory Management or Business Development.
  • Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
  • Confidence presenting products, promotions and training opportunities to customers.
  • Enthusiasm for the professional hair and beauty industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing field sales environment.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout Ireland and the UK when required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing salon customers.
  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Introduce and sell new products, promotions and brand initiatives.
  • Support customers with merchandising, marketing and promotional activities.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Promote education programmes and training opportunities to customers.
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts, including debtor control.
  • Provide regular market and customer feedback to management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and complete administration in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, education, customer service and other business areas to drive overall success.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and relationship-driven Salon Account Manager to join a leading professional haircare distribution business, managing an established territory across Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing new business and working within the dynamic and fast-growing professional hair and beauty industry.

The Role

As a Salon Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing an established customer base while identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing salon customers.
