Klasmann-Deilmann GmbH is seeking an Account and Customer Support Manager for Ireland to manage customer accounts, support sales processes, and provide technical horticultural assistance. The role combines office work with field visits across Ireland and occasional UK collaboration.

The successful candidate will have horticulture-related qualifications or experience, strong communication and IT skills, a practical, customer-focused approach, and a full driving licence.

• Supporting selected UK customer accounts in partnership with UK-based Sales Managers.
• Working closely with colleagues in Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.

We are looking for someone to join our team at our location in Rathowen, Co. Westmeath

80% office-based | 20% customer visits

Klasmann-Deilmann is a global leader in professional growing media, supplying commercial growers in more than 100 countries. We‘re looking for a commercially minded individual with a background or strong interest in horticulture to join our Irish team. This is not a traditional sales role. You‘ll become the trusted day-to-day contact for many of Ireland‘s leading growers, combining customer relationship management, inside sales, practical horticultural support and collaboration with our specialist technical teams across Europe.

What you’ll do:

• Managing customer accounts throughout Ireland
