Job summary

Kinnitty Castle Hotel is seeking an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join the Accommodation team. The role involves 2 to 3 shifts per week, with availability during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is essential.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the servicing of guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the accommodation department.
• Devise departmental rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements for staff and guests.
• Flexibility to cover weekends and public holidays as required.
