About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests.
• Ensure rooms and guest areas are maintained to the highest standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across accommodation areas.
• Support the wider team to deliver a welcoming and comfortable stay.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage (but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
