Cliste Hospitality in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Accommodation Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. You will maintain clean and organized hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all guest supplies are well-stocked.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant department for prompt resolution.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and colleagues.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
