Job summary

The Tullamore Court Hotel is seeking a dedicated Accommodation Assistant to maintain the cleanliness, organisation and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. You will work to high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting guests with enquiries in a courteous, professional manner. A positive attitude and flexibility to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet guest expectations.

• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence by consistently delivering exceptional service.
