Responsibilities

• Be able to work flexible shift patterns (including evenings and weekends) across all areas of the department.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the department.
• Inspect and clean guest accommodation and public areas according to SOPs.
• Help plan, organise and control the daily workload of the accommodation assistants.
• Attend meetings and briefings as requested by management.
