Job summary

The Fleet Hotel, part of Windward Management, is recruiting an Accommodation Assistant to join the team in Dublin. You will maintain guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard, ensuring a pleasant guest experience and adherence to procedures.

Ideal candidates are fully flexible, willing to work five days out of seven (including weekends/public holidays), and have at least one year of hotel Accommodation Assistant experience. Competitive benefits are offered by Windward Management.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work five days out of seven, including weekends and public holidays.
• At least one year's experience as an Accommodation Assistant in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms and public areas to the hotel’s standards.
• Identify areas to be serviced or cleaned as directed by Accommodation Management.
• Follow established SOPs and safety guidelines; handle waste disposal.
• Assist with in-room amenities and guest requests; attend weekly briefings when required.
