• Previous retail or customer service experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting customers with product selection and enquiries.
• Operate till and payment systems accurately, handling cash and card transactions with care.
• Stock shelves and displays, ensuring products are well-organised, clearly priced, and visually appealing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation, adhering to company standards and health and safety procedures.
• Develop product knowledge of our sports and leisure range to make informed recommendations.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets through positive engagement and upselling where appropriate.
• Receive and process deliveries, checking stock accuracy and rotating merchandise as required.
• Follow company policies and procedures, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
