Pfizer Ringaskiddy, Cork invites applications for its 2027 Graduate Programme beginning in September 2027. The 23-month programme offers induction, mentoring, and structured training across leadership, cost improvement projects, and site operations.

Selected graduates will join a diverse, inclusive culture and have opportunities to engage with global R&D teams, clinical manufacturing, and process development on a state-of-the-art API campus in Ringaskiddy.

• Support cost improvement projects for key API manufacture processes.
• Be responsible for the management of various day to day operations and co-lead specific projects.

The award-winning Pfizer Ringaskiddy, Cork site is seeking candidates for the 2027 graduate programme, currently in its 22nd year. Our site plays a critically strategic role within Pfizer, it is the global site for launch and scale up of new small molecule Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) products, as well as manufacture of large volume patented and off-patent medicines. Colleagues on the site use state of the art equipment and leading-edge technology, as well as work collaboratively with our global Research and Development teams, including the on-site Ringaskiddy Clinical Manufacturing Team and on-site Global Process Development Centre to provide the highest quality innovative products to the market.

About the Graduate Programme

During the programme, participants will be involved in the following:

Requirements

Be completing or just completed an Honours Degree (or equivalent/higher) in one of the following related courses.
