Our site plays a critically strategic role within Pfizer, it is the global site for launch and scale up of new small molecule Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) products, as well as manufacture of large volume patented and off-patent medicines. Full training will be provided by a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing mentorship.**During the programme, participants will be involved in the following:*** One-year induction programme.* Structured mentoring & coaching – objective setting during each assignment.
