Job summary

Pfizer Newbridge in Ireland is offering a 23-month Graduate Programme that rotates into four different business areas. The programme provides structured development, with a dedicated mentor and opportunities to work on projects during each rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduated (or expected to graduate) with a Level 8 or Level 9 degree in a Science or Engineering discipline in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Available to start in September 2027.
• Legally eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Rotational programme across four areas of the business.
• Personal and professional development guided by a placement framework.

• Responsible for managing day-to-day operations in each rotation.

Job Description Are you a recent Science or Engineering Graduate or currently in your final year of study and interested in growing your career with Pfizer? Our Graduate Programme can offer you all of this and more Successful candidates will be hired through CPL for the duration of the programme. Pfizer Newbridge, located in Co. Kildare, is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site specializing in complex oral solid dose products. With over 25 years of manufacturing expertise, the site supports products from pilot scale through to commercial production and supplies medicines to patients globally. Graduates gain exposure to a range of functions across a dynamic manufacturing environment while contributing to projects that improve patient lives.
