Glanua Graduate Programme is a two-year structured development track designed for recent graduates. It blends hands-on project work with exposure to Glanua's water and wastewater business, including international rotations to Portugal or the UK as opportunities arise.

You will rotate through multiple disciplines, gaining experience across engineering, operations and support functions, with mentoring and formal training throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, or expected completion before the programme begins.
• Interest in water and wastewater industry and sustainable infrastructure.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach and flexibility to work across locations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Previous internship/placement beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Participate fully in each rotation and support the delivery of departmental, project and operational objectives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business, contributing to live projects and day-to-day activities.
• Assist with research, analysis, reporting, record-keeping and process improvement within each assigned function.
• Follow all relevant health, safety, environmental, quality, sustainability, financial and organisational policies and procedures.
• Take ownership of your learning, maintain accurate development records and apply feedback to build your professional capabilities.
