Job summary

Glanua invites applications for a graduate programme designed to give you hands-on experience across office and site-based roles. You will work with experienced teams on live projects within the water and wastewater sector, rotating through departments and locations.

You will build knowledge in operations and business functions, supported by mentoring, with a competitive salary, an annual review cycle, and access to a company laptop and phone.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or expected completion before programme.
• Interest in water and wastewater industry and sustainable infrastructure.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach, willingness to learn and flexibility to work across locations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Previous internship, work placement or university project is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations and support delivery of departmental, project and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders on live projects and day-to-day activities.
• Assist with research, analysis, reporting, record-keeping and process improvement.
• Follow health, safety, environmental, quality, sustainability, financial and organisational policies and procedures.
• Take ownership of your learning, maintain development records and apply feedback to grow professionally.
