Job summary

Noel Recruitment Incorporated Ltd. is seeking a highly organised Data Officer to provide temporary cover for a two‑month period.

The role supports the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of key operational data to inform business decisions and project delivery. The successful candidate will work with multiple data sources, develop regular reports and dashboards, and contribute to automated data processes while ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data management, data analytics, or reporting role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience working with databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of data cleansing, validation, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, cleanse, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of automated data processes and reporting solutions.
• Analyse data trends and provide insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist with the management and administration of databases and data repositories.
• Support stakeholders with data requests, reporting requirements, and technical queries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to data management processes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and GDPR requirements.
• Contribute to ongoing business improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
