Job summary

Noel Recruitment Incorporated Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Principal Officer in Ireland to lead data analytics initiatives for housing delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's qualification in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Data Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, or related technical role.
• Demonstrated experience in data management and analytics projects, BI reporting solutions, systems implementation and support, and data pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain automated data pipelines from multiple data sources into centralised repositories.
• Manage data collection, validation, cleansing, transformation, and integration processes.
• Analyse strategically important housing delivery data and produce meaningful insights to support planning and reporting.
• Develop innovative dashboards, reports, and visualisations to track housing delivery progress and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiencies, data quality, and analytical processes.
• Support the implementation of solution monitoring processes, including performance optimisation, error handling, and system health checks.
• Provide technical support for business applications and data systems.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity, governance, and effective information sharing.
• Contribute to the development of long-term data strategies and ICT projects supporting housing delivery initiatives.
