• Administrating the process of accommodation and transportation ticketing for employee business trip
• Monitoring SLA in providing the accommodation and transportation on a timely manner
• Coordinate with Finance division for payment to be made to the Travel Agent or hotel with completed supported documents e.g. proforma invoice, tax slip, etc.
• Maintaining data of flight or hotel on a daily basis

• S1 of Tourism or Hospitality background, or another related major
• At least 3 years of experience in reservation or ticketing (domestic or international)
• Experience as Ticketing at Airline or Travel or Tourism industry is preferred
• Attention to detail and good communication skill
