Job Description:

We Are Seeking A Highly Motivated And Experienced Curriculum Development Supervisor To Join Our Dynamic Team In Charge Of Developing And Enhancing The Learning Materials For Our Online Course. As A Curriculum Development Supervisor, You Will Play A Key Role In Shaping The Educational Content And Ensuring That Our Course Remains Relevant, Engaging, And Effective In Meeting The Needs Of Our Learners.

  1. Lead And Manage A Team Of Curriculum Developers To Design And Refine The Online Business Course Materials.
  2. Conduct Needs Assessments And Implement Data-driven Improvements To Enhance The Course Content.
  3. Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Incorporate Interactive Elements For An Engaging Learning Experience.
  4. Ensure High-quality Standards And Adherence To Timelines And Budget For Curriculum Development Projects.
  5. Communicate Progress And Gather Feedback From Stakeholders To Continually Improve The Curriculum.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of curriculum development experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  3. Strong background in corporate learning and development especially Banking.
  4. Familiarity with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  6. Internal L&D corporate staff is welcome to apply with a maximum of 3 years experience.
