Job summary

SejutaCita Indonesia seeks a hands-on program manager to lead end-to-end execution of youth programs in Jakarta, including competitions, scholarships and trips.

You will design participant journeys, coordinate mentors, alumni and partners, and ensure high participant satisfaction across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in event/program management.
• Strong project management & coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented & organized.
• Passionate about youth development & leadership.
• Comfortable handling 500–2,000 participants scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of SejutaCita programs (competition, scholarship, trips).
