Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking a Workshop & Technical Store Engineer at the Karawang Factory to drive maintenance excellence, optimize spare parts, and ensure asset reliability. You will manage technical stores and workshop operations while upholding Nestlé Safety, Quality, and Compliance standards.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Procurement, and Engineering teams to improve equipment performance and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Technical Store, Asset Management, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or other high-volume manufacturing industries preferred.
• Good understanding of maintenance systems, spare parts management, inventory control, and reliability concepts.
• Experience with SAP PM or CMMS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical spare parts inventory to ensure availability, accuracy, and cost optimization.
• Lead technical store and workshop activities to support maintenance execution and plant reliability.
• Monitor stock levels, drive inventory optimization, and manage spare parts lifecycle and obsolescence.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Procurement, and Engineering teams to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Support maintenance planning and budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé Engineering Standards, Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance maintenance effectiveness and reduce downtime.
• Support digitalization and reliability initiatives within the Engineering function.
