Job summary

A Day in the Life:

• Innovate and Lead: Participate in Capital Investment projects, ensuring technical solutions meet corporate and market standards. You will prepare user and technical specifications, coordinate requirements, follow up on solution development, and oversee pre-test, implementation, and training.
• Safety First: Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and the environment. Implement engineering tools at the site level and participate in M&I activities.
• Compliance and Excellence: Ensure all MES-E&A installations comply with safety, health, environment, and product quality standards. Keep key documentation up to date and manage modifications effectively.

What Makes You Successful:

• Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role with expertise in Automation & Electrical Engineering.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading technical teams and contractors being an advantage.
• Technical Expertise: Experience in the start-up of technical equipment and production lines.
• Self-Management: Ability to manage yourself effectively, following defined KPIs/Objectives and proactively tracking them.
• Maintenance Knowledge: Exposure to Total Productive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance Planning, and/or maintenance execution is desired but not required.
