Job summary

Bosch Group in Indonesia seeks a results-driven field sales specialist to expand the Bosch Workshop Partner Program across the territory. You will acquire workshops, provide ongoing support, and drive parts pull and diagnostics solutions.

You will build relations with independent workshops, promote campaigns, and generate leads for services like training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, and VHC. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia & English, driving license, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Proven field-sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Good understanding of automotive parts, diagnostics, and workshop equipment.
• Experience working with independent workshops, workshop chains, distributors, or workshop networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with working knowledge of English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for workshops in the assigned territory in Indonesia.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
• Provide ongoing support to Bosch Workshop Partners.
• Drive Bosch parts pull (sell-out) and promote workshop equipment and diagnostic solutions within the territory.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch loyalty program.
• Promote and sell Bosch workshop services, including training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check (VHC), and Vehicle Care Assistant (VCA).
• Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools and complete sales where possible.
• Promote Bosch campaigns covering parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts, and services.
• Generate and validate leads for Bosch Car Service and hand them over to the BCS Concept Consultant.
• Follow up with Bosch Car Service workshops on the delivery of basic value proposition services.
