Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a full-time Field Sales Specialist for Indonesia to drive workshop partnerships and promote Bosch services across the territory. You will acquire and support Workshop Partners, promote diagnostics and service solutions, and generate leads for workshop equipment while coordinating with loyalty and Car Service programs.

The role requires proven field-sales experience, strong automotive knowledge, and willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Field-sales track record in automotive aftermarket.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts, diagnostics and workshop equipment.
• Experience with independent workshops, workshop chains, distributors or networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working knowledge of English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for workshops in the assigned territory in Indonesia.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
• Provide ongoing support to Bosch Workshop Partners.
• Drive Bosch parts pull (sell-out) and promote workshop equipment and diagnostic solutions within the territory.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch loyalty program.
• Promote and sell Bosch workshop services, including training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check (VHC), and Vehicle Care Assistant (VCA).
• Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools and complete sales where possible.
• Promote Bosch campaigns covering parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts, and services.
• Generate and validate leads for Bosch Car Service and hand them over to the BCS Concept Consultant.
• Follow up with Bosch Car Service workshops on the delivery of basic value proposition services.
