Job summary

Teleperformance Indonesia is seeking a Workforce Management professional to join our International Customer Support Operations team. You will forecast staffing needs, create schedules, monitor real-time performance, and transform data into insights that help the business run smoothly.

You will partner with Operations to improve productivity and service levels, maintain WFM tools and data, and deliver timely reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) degree or higher.
• Understands Workforce Management and Real-Time Analyst processes like forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management.
• Is comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Can communicate well in English.
• Can join ASAP.
• Is willing to be based in Surakarta.
