Job summary

ACTalent Solutions Partners in Bali seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to drive operational excellence, improve factory performance, and lead the next phase of growth. You will own end-to-end manufacturing operations, planning, and delivery with a strong KPI focus.

Develop supervisors, build a high-performing team, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to cut waste, improve quality, and reduce costs while ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years leading a factory or large-scale operation.
• Proven track record in productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory, and quality systems.
• Experience in export manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall factory operations, production planning, and delivery.
• Improve productivity, product quality, and cost efficiency.
• Strengthen management structure, SOPs, KPIs, and accountability.
