Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in plywood or wood processing preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to East Java.
• Strong English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily plywood manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and improve OEE and production efficiency.
• Drive productivity improvements and waste reduction.
• Improve yield recovery and production processes.
• Establish manufacturing best practices and SOPs.
• Ensure products meet customer specs and quality standards.
• Control production costs including raw materials and maintenance.
• Monitor budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Improve material utilization and reduce waste.
• Develop supervisors, foremen, and operators; drive safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies and government regulations.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality, and Sales.
