Job summary

Winetobe in Bali, Indonesia is hiring a full-time Wine Sales Representative to engage customers in-store, recommend wines, and educate on products. You will manage the sales floor, respond to inquiries, process transactions, and maintain displays and inventory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Wine Sales and general Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of the Wine & Spirits Industry and broader Beverage Industry, including key varietals, regions, and trends.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and create positive guest experiences.
• Comfort with on-site retail operations, including point-of-sale systems, merchandising, and basic inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in wine retail, hospitality, or beverage sales is preferred but not strictly required; passion for wine and willingness to learn are essential.
