Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education level or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Retail or F&B experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge or interest in wine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide wine product recommendations according to customer needs.
• Conduct sales and achieve company-set targets.
• Operate POS (cashier) systems and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and product displays in the store area.
• Perform daily stock checks and replenish products on shelves.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and arranging incoming goods.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests appropriately.
• Support promotional activities, events, wine tastings, and marketing activities.
• Assist with stock opname processes and maintain inventory accuracy.
