Job summary

White Glove Hiring mencari Administrator Sistem Windows untuk memasang, mengonfigurasi, dan memelihara lingkungan Windows Server di lokasi Jakarta Pusat. Peran ini mencakup administrasi IIS, Nginx, dan Tomcat, serta dukungan aplikasi Java dan .NET.

Pelamar diharapkan memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun, menguasai PowerShell, serta kemampuan analitis dan komunikasi yang baik. Posisi pada kontrak kerja/on-site dengan tujuan pemeliharaan rutin dan dokumentasi teknis.

Qualifications

• Minimal Sarjana di Ilmu Komputer, Teknologi Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Windows System Administrator, System Engineer, atau Infrastructure Engineer.
• Penguasaan kuat: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, PowerShell, IIS, Nginx, Apache Tomcat, JRE/JDK, .NET/IIS, SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Memasang, mengonfigurasi, dan memelihara lingkungan Windows Server.
• Mengelola IIS, Nginx, dan Apache Tomcat untuk aplikasi web.
• Mendukung deployment dan pemeliharaan aplikasi berbasis Java dan .NET.
• Mendiagnosis masalah runtime Java, Windows Services, IIS, dan aplikasi terkait.
• Administrasi SQL Server termasuk backup/restore, pemantauan, dan tuning dasar.
• Mengembangkan PowerShell untuk mengotomatisasi tugas administratif.
• Memantau kesehatan server, ketersediaan aplikasi, dan kinerja sistem.
• Merapikan patch Windows, pembaruan keamanan, dan perawatan preventif.
• Menyelidiki insiden produksi sesuai SLA yang disepakati.
• Membuang dokumentasi teknis dan prosedur operasional.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Administer and troubleshoot IIS, Nginx, and Apache Tomcat web/application servers.
• Support deployment and maintenance of Java- and .NET-based applications.
• Troubleshoot Java Runtime, Windows Services, IIS, and application-related issues.
• Perform Microsoft SQL Server administration, including backup, restore, monitoring, and basic performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Monitor server health, application availability, and system performance.
• Perform Windows patching, security updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within the agreed SLA.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator, System Engineer, atau Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of:
