Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia seeks a Wellness, Fitness and Lifestyle Manager to develop and oversee comprehensive programs that enhance guest well-being and align with Accor's brand values. The role emphasizes holistic experiences, safety, and profitability within the wellness and recreation department.

You will lead program design, partner with hotel operations, and ensure high standards across fitness facilities, spa, and guest activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Tourism, Sports Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years in wellness, recreation, or lifestyle management (preferably in hospitality).
• Knowledge of yoga, fitness, and holistic wellness principles.
• Understanding of safety standards, first aid, and hygiene practices.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
